1Open the ZoomInfo Privacy Center
The Privacy Center is the centralized resource for all ZoomInfo Data-Subject requests. (Note: It is also the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link located at the bottom of the site.) Submit a request for your data to be deleted, opted out of sale, or to obtain a copy of the data ZoomInfo has about you.
2Start the removal request
Open the removal form at privacyrequest.zoominfo.com/remove/verify. Input the work email address that was recorded for you by ZoomInfo. Select get code. Enter your business email as shown on your profile. Note that a personal gmail or a different work address will not match the record you are seeking removal of.
3Enter the verification code
ZoomInfo will send a 4 digit number to this address by email. (This should only take a few minutes, though sometimes it ends up in your spam folder) Enter this number into the form so that they can be sure you have access to this mailbox (then you can proceed with the deletion).
4Select delete and submit
Tick the check box labeled I'd like to delete my information. Choose the reason from the drop down menu. Enter the CAPTCHA. Click remove. Your public profile should generally be removed from ZoomInfo fairly rapidly. However, it can take up to 30 days for the actual deletion to occur in accordance with ZoomInfo's data-subject-requests policy.
5Confirm and keep a record
After a few days, double check by looking up your name and company on zoominfo.com to ensure removal of your profile. Save the confirmation email just in case you decide to re-file.
