What you agree to when you ask us to email you a doctor's phone number.
Version of Oct 12, 2026.
1. What you are asking for
When you enter your email address in the "Unlock number" window and accept these terms, we send the phone number listed for that doctor to the address you gave. The number is sent by email only and is not shown on the page.
2. We store your email address
We save the email address you enter. With it we save which doctor profile you asked about, the date and time of the request, the country your request came from, whether the email was delivered to our mail provider, and the version of these terms you accepted.
We keep this record so we can send you the number, send you the other contact details we hold for that doctor or practice, show that you asked for them, and stop the form from being abused.
3. Emails you will get from us
The email with the number you asked for.
Follow-up emails with further contact details and public information we hold about the doctor or practice you asked about, and about similar doctors nearby.
Marketing emails about WhiteBridge products and services, including offers, new features, surveys and reminders. By accepting these terms you agree to receive them.
You can stop marketing emails at any time: use the unsubscribe link in the email or write to support@whitebridge.ai. Stopping them does not affect the request you already made.
4. Advertising
We may use your email address, usually in hashed (scrambled) form, to show you WhiteBridge advertising on other websites and apps, to keep you out of campaigns that do not concern you, to build audiences of people with similar interests, and to measure whether our advertising works.
For this we may pass the hashed address to advertising and analytics platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Reddit, Snap and TikTok. They act under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your email address for money. Some US state laws call this kind of advertising use "sharing"; you can opt out of it at any time by writing to support@whitebridge.ai.
5. Who else handles your address
Companies that work for us and need the address to do so: our email delivery provider, our hosting and database providers, and our analytics and customer-messaging tools.
Companies in the WhiteBridge group, for the purposes listed in these terms.
Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or a buyer of the business if WhiteBridge or this directory is sold or merged.
Your address may be processed in the European Union, the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
6. How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, and otherwise for no longer than three years after your last request. A record that you opted out is kept longer, so that we do not contact you again.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it for marketing or advertising, or to withdraw your consent altogether.
Write to support@whitebridge.ai from the address concerned. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also complain to your data protection authority.
8. About the phone number
The number is the practice number published in public directories. It can be out of date, belong to a front desk or a former practice, or be wrong. We do not guarantee it.
Do not use it in an emergency. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
Getting a number from us does not make you a patient of the doctor and is not medical advice or a referral. WhiteBridge is not affiliated with the doctors listed.
9. What you agree not to do
Use the number or any other information from us to harass, threaten, stalk or defraud anyone, or to send unsolicited marketing calls or messages.
Collect numbers in bulk, by script or by hand, or resell or republish them.
Use the information to decide on anyone's employment, credit, insurance, housing or tenancy, or for any other purpose covered by the US Fair Credit Reporting Act. WhiteBridge is not a consumer reporting agency.
Enter an email address that is not yours.
10. Who can use this
You must be at least 18 years old and the email address must be your own.
11. Our responsibility
The service is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, WhiteBridge is not liable for losses that come from relying on a number or other information we sent, or from an email that did not arrive.
12. Changes and the other WhiteBridge terms
We may change these terms. The version in force on the day of your request is the one that applies to it; the date is shown at the top of this page.
The WhiteBridge Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. Where they say something different about the email address you give here, these terms come first.
